Every project has its own page with pictures, clips, turntable, panoramas, walkable model and floor plan. Read only, no account, revocable at any time, printable as PDF. The client confirms the state by name.

In short
The VEDUTUM share page is a project page under a link you create in the project and revoke at any time. It shows a text from the project data, hero with clip or picture, figures, galleries, clips, the turntable of twelve pictures, panoramas, the model to orbit and walk through, the floor plan and the comments. The client needs no account and cannot change anything. A view counter counts without visitor data. The page can be saved as PDF, and the client confirms the state with „Entwurf freigeben“ (approve draft), name and date. No points.

No ZIP, no video too large for e-mail. The link always shows the current state.

The link applies to exactly one project. Other projects and the workspace stay invisible.
Approval with name and date
„Entwurf freigeben“ records who confirmed which state and when. It is shown in the project.
How it works
- 01Create the linkOn the project page click „Freigabelink erzeugen“ (create share link). The link appears for copying, next to the number of views.
- 02Pass the link onSend the link by e-mail or message. Anyone with it can read the page, so send it only to the client.
- 03View the pageThe client sees hero, figures, galleries, clips, turntable, panoramas, model with storey bar and floor plan, and can orbit, walk, enlarge and comment.
- 04Save as PDFWith „Als PDF speichern“ (save as PDF) the browser prints the page with pictures and text, for the file or a printout in the meeting.
- 05Approve the draftThe client enters their name and clicks „Entwurf freigeben“. Name and date appear in the project.
- 06Revoke the link„widerrufen“ (revoke) on the project page invalidates the link. A new link has a new address.
What is on the page
The page text is generated from the project data: name, place, storeys, rooms and areas become a short introduction and figures. Below follow the pictures from the packages, the clips, the turntable of twelve pictures at 30-degree intervals, the panoramas in the sphere and the model from the plan, with the same storey bar as in the workspace.
Under every picture it says what comes from the plan and what from the image model. That is part of the labelling and cannot be switched off.
Access and privacy
The link is a random token. It opens the page, the pictures and clips of this project for reading, nothing else. The view counter increments on opening and stores neither address nor device. The page sets no cookie. What a comment stores is described in the privacy policy.
Questions and answers
Can the client change anything?
No. The page is read only. They can leave comments and approve the state with their name.
What does the view counter count?
How often the page was opened. No addresses, devices or times per visitor are stored.
Does the client see my other projects?
No. A link applies to exactly one project and shows only what is there.
