Via the share link the client places a numbered pin straight into the 3D model, a mark on a picture or a note. No account. The office sees everything in the workspace, resolves it and gets an e-mail.

Comments in VEDUTUM are client feedback placed directly on the project: a numbered pin in the 3D model, set with „Anmerken“ (comment) and a click on the house, a mark on an enlarged picture, or a general note. The client needs no account, only the share link; the name is optional. The office sees the pins in the workspace, resolves or deletes them, writes its own notes and is notified by e-mail. At most 40 comments per link and hour; the numbers stay stable. It costs no points.

“The window left of the terrace” is a numbered pin, not a paragraph in an e-mail that has to be matched to the model first.
No hurdle for the client
No account, no password, no app. The link they already have is enough.
Stable numbers
Pin 3 stays pin 3, even when pin 1 is resolved. You can refer to it on the phone.
How it works
- 01Share the linkCreate the share link in the project and send it to the client.
- 02Place a pin in the modelOn the share page the client clicks „Anmerken“ (comment) and then the spot on the house. The pin gets a number, a text field and an optional name field.
- 03Mark a pictureIn the enlarged picture a click places a mark; picture and point are saved with the comment.
- 04Write a noteFor anything without a place there is the general note: a request for a variant, a question about a date.
- 05Work through it in the officeIn the workspace the pins sit in the model and in the list. Click „Erledigt“ (done), delete, or write your own note to the client.
Three kinds of comment
A pin stores the spot on the building and appears there as a number in every rotation; a mark stores the picture and the position in it; a note has no place. All three carry text, time and the optional name.
Numbers are assigned by time of creation and never change, so “pin 4” on the phone is unambiguous.
What the office sees and receives
Every new comment triggers an e-mail to the office. The pins sit at the same spot as on the share page; the list shows open and resolved comments. The office ticks off, deletes and writes notes the client sees on the share page.
A link accepts at most 40 comments per hour. What is stored is described in the privacy policy; the share page sets no cookie and uses no local storage.
Questions and answers
Does the client need an account?
No. The share link is enough. The name is optional.
Does the client see what the office wrote?
Yes. Notes from the office and resolved comments are shown on the share page.
Can I place a pin on a particular storey?
The pin sits where the building was clicked. If a storey is selected on the share page, it sits there.
