Which plan carries that
A project like this fits into the Büro plan (900 points a month) and leaves room for eight more. For two projects of this size a month, Solo with 250 points is enough. Points left over at the end of a month do not roll over.
What it replaces — and what it does not
It replaces the rounds before the decision: the variants you show, drop and recalculate. It does not replace a campaign cover image or a hand-crafted competition rendering. A studio stays right for those — and it works faster when the geometry has already been checked.
What never costs points
The model in the browser, the check, build mode, the storeys, sun position, neighbouring buildings, the share page with comments, the panorama, the sun study and the project brochure.
- What if I do not like an image?
- You recalculate it: an image at 2K costs four points. Because the geometry stays put, you change light, façade or camera — not the building.
- How many points does an apartment block need?
- One point per storey read, plus as many images as you need. Five storeys with twenty images at 2K is 85 points.
- Can I buy points without a plan?
- Every account starts with 30 points, no payment details. Beyond that, points come with the monthly plan, cancellable at any time.
