The Office plan costs 149 euros a month and holds 900 points. A 2K presentation picture costs four points, an HD draft one, a 4K print picture eight; reading a storey costs one. The 3D model, the share page, panoramas, comments and sun studies cost nothing. For a small practice that means the third view, the material variant and the picture for the client’s partner are no longer a budget question. A studio still makes sense where one picture has to carry a competition or a campaign.
The economics of one picture
A studio picture is mostly labour: preparing the model, setting the scene, post-production, two rounds of changes. That is why the second view costs nearly as much as the first, and why a small practice buys one picture, chooses the camera carefully and hopes the client likes it.
Points reverse that. Compute is what costs, and compute is cheap enough to try five cameras and keep two.
What 900 points buy
Drafts
One point per HD picture. Test cameras, variants and light in bulk; nobody sees them but you.
Presentation
Four points per 2K picture, 24 per 2K clip. A set of six pictures and one clip for a client meeting is 48 points.
Print
Eight points per 4K picture, 29 per clip. For the board at the site or the brochure.
Free
Model, share page, comments, panorama, sun study, GLB export: zero points, as often as you like.
Packages instead of single pictures
“Exterior complete”, “Interior complete”, “Presentation complete” and “Quick view” run several cameras in one go, three pictures at a time. Points and duration stand on the button before you press it, so the budget is visible before it is spent.
For a house that means one press for the whole set, then a look through, then a second press for the two cameras that need another variant.

30 points once, no payment details. Enough to read a storey of a real project, check it and compute images in HD and 2K and one video in HD.
Office, 149 euros a month
900 points. A practice with a few active projects and a client meeting a week.

For one large scheme with its own scope. Payment is by invoice in every plan, cancellable monthly.
When a studio still makes sense
A studio brings a person who composes. For a competition board where one picture decides, for a campaign with people and mood, for a landmark that needs a specific evening light, that person is worth the price. The plan-based picture is honest and fast; it is not art-directed.
Many practices use both: points for the design phase and the client meetings, a studio for the one picture that goes on the hoarding.
Questions and answers
How do I pay?
By invoice, monthly. There is no card checkout, and the plan can be cancelled month to month. The test plan needs no payment details at all.
What does a picture cost in euros?
Nothing on its own. Pictures are paid with points from the plan; the invoice shows the plan, not single pictures.
Can I get more points within a month?
Yes. The agency books additional points to the account on request, on invoice.
Is the model really free?
Yes. Reading the plan costs one point per storey; the model built from it, the share page and the panorama cost nothing, however often you open them.
