Interior visualisation

The rooms are already in the floor plan: name, position, size, windows. From those come interior views at eye level — in the style your office draws in anyway.

In short

VEDUTUM puts the camera into a room of the plan that was read, at eye level, and points it at the nearest opening. An interior image is made from that view: walls, windows and doors stay where the plan has them, while furniture and material come from the interior style you chose. Four styles are ready — warm, loft, cool, classic. The section through the ground floor shows the same rooms from above, furnished.

Example: 30 seconds at 25 frames per second are 750 frames. The colour bar shows the daylight of a day-to-night animation.

What comes from the plan and what is added

Room shape, ceiling height, window and door openings and the name of the room come from the plan — and the name decides what belongs inside: a sofa in “living”, a shower in “bathroom”.

Material, furniture, textiles and light are added by the image model along the chosen style. That line runs through every image and is written down in the AI transparency statement.

The four styles

  • Warm

Oak, linen, muted earth tones, soft indirect light.

  • Loft

Polished screed or dark micro-cement, fair-faced concrete, black steel, leather.

  • Cool

Large-format pale stone, white handleless fronts, glass, almost no decoration.

  • Classic

Herringbone parquet, tall skirtings, panelled doors, muted colours.

Walk it first, calculate after

Before a point is spent you can walk the model: click inside, move through the doors with the arrow keys, look from one room into the next.

Whatever sits crooked there sits crooked in the image — and can be corrected in the floor plan beforehand.

Limits

Interior images show a proposal for the furnishing, not a furnishing plan. Sockets, light outlets and fitted furniture are not in the floor plan and therefore appear as a hint at most.

Where a particular piece of furniture matters, it belongs in the notes for the run.

Frequently asked questions

How does the model know what belongs in a room?

From the room name in the floor plan. A room called “living/kitchen/dining” gets a sofa, a kitchen run and a dining table. Rooms without a name get neutral furnishing.

Can I see one room in two styles?

Yes. Switch the style and calculate the same room again. Both images stay in the project, side by side.

Are the rooms true to size?

Shape, height and openings come from the floor plan and stay fixed in the image. Furniture is a proposal and not measured — if you need distances, measure in the plan, not in the image.

Does the view out of the window show the real surroundings?

The view is planting and neighbourhood as the image model adds them. The real neighbouring buildings stand in the exterior image, not in the window opening.
